Order Payment Policy

We offer two payment methods to cater to our customer’s preferences:

Advanced Payment: This is where customers pay in full when placing their order. Upon successful payment, we will process and ship your order. No further payments will be required upon delivery.

Cash On Delivery (COD): For customers who prefer to pay upon receiving their products, we offer a COD option. Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the correct amount ready to avoid any delays.

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed. We aim to dispatch products within 7 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 days

You will receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Orders

We offer a simple way to track your order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order in real time through our tracking system on the website.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Terms

For COD orders, please note the following:

– The total amount due for the order will need to be paid at the time of delivery.

– Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to make the payment.

– In case of missed delivery attempts, our carrier will contact you to reschedule delivery. Multiple missed attempts may result in order cancellation.

Delivery Fee: 

150 tk for the whole of Bangladesh 

If we offer free shipping for specific order values or promotional periods, these will be communicated on the website.
