Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

Product Mismatch: If the product you receive is different from the picture shown on our website (e.g., wrong color, design, or fabric).

Damaged or Incorrect Size: If the product is damaged upon arrival or does not match the size that you ordered.

Please Note: If the product meets the specifications provided on the website (size, color, fabric) but you simply do not like how it looks on you, we cannot accept returns or process a refund.

Refund Process

We aim to make the return and refund process as simple as possible. Please follow these guidelines:

At the Time of Delivery:

   – If you notice that the product does not match your order or is damaged upon receipt, you can immediately return the item to the delivery agent. This way, we can promptly process your return and arrange for a refund or replacement.

After Receiving the Order: 

   – If you discover the issue after receiving the product, you can still return the item, even if you have worn it, as long as the request is made within 1 day of delivery. Please contact our customer support within this time frame to initiate the return.

Note: Returns requested after 1 day but within 2 to 3 days will not be eligible for a refund, so it’s important to check your order as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to process refunds for the following reasons:

  1. – If the product matches the description on the website (correct size, color, and fabric) but you simply feel it doesn’t suit you or you don’t like how it looks after trying it on, no refund will be provided.
  2.  – Any requests made after the 1-day return window (even if the product is unworn or still in its original condition) will be ineligible for a refund.

Provide Details: 

Include your order number and a description of the issue (e.g., wrong size, damaged, or incorrect product).

 Return Instructions: 

 We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product or coordinate with our delivery team for pickup

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, we will process the refund within [X business days], and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
